FAQ	General
1)	Why are there no amounts of ingredient on the label? Due to the high dosage of ingredients, our products will be considered pharmaceutical and it will slow down registration and distribution processes for our business partners and clients.
2)	Are there any preservatives? Due to the short shelf life of our supplements, there will be preservatives although we have no definite point as it can come from many sources e.g sugar. If there are no preservatives, our products would not last for more than 2 years. Nevertheless, all our preservatives are natural and as low as possible without any colouring.
3)	What are the capsules made of? All of our capsules are made of veggie caps except for Calcimax which uses bovine caps. The veggie caps are made of natural fibrous materials to coat our capsules. The bovine caps are extracted from cows and made into capsule form. The cost is lower and most outside products use bovine caps.
4)	Frontier products which have zinc in it, if consumed for over a long period, will it bear any risk of cancer?  The zinc found in our products for instance, TN-Plus, is within the recommended daily dosage. It is highly recommended by international dietitians and nutritionists for daily needs. It will not cause risk of getting cancer but to reduce the risk of getting cancer.
5)	For low blood pressure, any products that can help? If so, what would be the best way to take it (as in, should take with which other products etc.)? There are many reasons that will cause low blood pressure (e.g., inherited, weak muscle cell, lack of exercise). To maintain healthy and normal blood pressure, we suggest T-Maxigene as it will help to improve cardiovascular health.
6)	Are there any products that can help with albinism (White colour pigmentation)? Albinism is an inborn disease/ genetic disease where nothing else can revert the condition.
7)	Are there any products that can help with body building? If not, will there be any in the future? There are currently no products that can help in muscle/body building. In any case, we recommend Frontier Meal Plan which comes with protein extract that helps in building lean muscle from fat tummy. Of course, the dosage will not be as high as those whey protein products recommended by fitness trainers/centres.
	MasQlin
1)	When can I start taking MasQlin? On average, 20-30 yr is the recommended age to take MasQlin. Even so, 12 yrs and above can start taking but only under certain conditions e.g low sperm count, prostate not functioning well.
2)	It is recommended for patients who already have prostate cancer? If a patient already has prostate cancer, MasQlin would only help in maintaining the state of the cancer. Glow would be recommended instead of MasQlin to re-balance the high male hormones but it is better to get a report and consult a doctor in such cases.
3)	Is MasQLin safe to be consumed together with prostate medication? Yes, it is safe and does not cause any side effects to the patient. The medication and MasQlin have to be taken in a 30 minute gap.
4)	Which ingredients help in preventing prostate cancer? Saw Palmetto, pumpkin seed, lignans and lemon extract provide phytoestrogen which is a female hormone extracted from plants, that assists in balancing the high male hormones in prostate enlargement.
5)	Why are there female hormones (phytoestrogen) in MasQlin? The main purpose of MasQlin we invented out is to cater prostate enlargement. Since the cause of prostate enlargement is high male hormones, the female hormones act as a balancer to shrink the prostate without affecting other masculine functions.
	Glow™
1)	Is Glow recommended for patients who removed their uterus? Depending on which kind of uterus removal operation is undertaken and if they still have menses after removal.  -Partial removal (removal of the uterine body while leaving the cervix intact) is recommended to take Glow because of hormones going haywire and require re-balancing or else growths (e.g fibroid, cyst) will keep reappearing. -For full removal of uterus, Glow is not recommended as there are little to no hormones that require balancing. -For menopause, there are still some amount of hormones although very low, Glow can be used to maintain skin health.
2)	Can take 2 capsules at the same time? Yes, unless there are many healing crisis/symptoms/not used to it, it is recommended to put a gap between each tablet (e.g one capsule twice a day).
3)	Glow can balance hormone but so does Evening Primrose. Why not just take Evening Primrose? Evening Primrose does not really help in balancing hormones. It is used more to maintaining skin hormones (smoothing and maintenance) while Glow balance hormones throughout the whole body (reproductive, kidney, skin).
4)	Why do some people have bloating stomach? The bloating stomach is just a symptom of the body adjusting the hormones and will usually go away after 5-7 days.
5)	If taking birth control pills, can Glow be taken as well? Yes. Usually birth control pills increase the level of progesterone (a hormone in preventing pregnancy) only, so taking Glow will not contradict it as Glow is balancing all the other hormones in the body as well (unless you take more than 4 capsules).
6)	Can pregnant women take it? No. Women would prefer a natural hormone growth for the zygote or foetus rather than depend on Glow to supply the hormones because the womb need to be strong enough to support the foetus.
	Re-code
1)	Is it recommended for women that want to balance hormone? Yes. Recode helps with hormone imbalance that causes weight maintenance problems (e.g water retention, reallocate fats).
2)	Can it be taken during period? Yes. There is no contradictions although there may be signs of healing crisis which is very common (e.g heavier flow, black patches).
3)	While on hormone pills, can Recode be taken? No. There are ingredients in Recode that might contradict which will slow down the effect of Recode or bring imbalance to hormones (this applies to prescription from doctors).
4)	For women wanting to get pregnant, can Recode help? No.
5)	When can I start taking Recode? 20 and above. Before this age, the body is still growing and it is better not to interrupt this growing stage. After the hormones in the body has settled down and if it requires balancing, Recode will be recommended.
	Fisio[line]
1)	Can Fisioline be applied on the face? Not recommended. Due to the sensitivity of the face, there might be skin irritation problems.
2)	Can apply before sleep? Yes. Although there might be some tickling sensation due to the nature of Fisioline.
	Frontier Meal Plan™
1)	Can it substitute dinner meals? Yes it can.
2)	What can be added into Meal Plan to make it more filling? We will only recommend oats because oats has zero calories so the Meal Plan can be more filling without sacrificing its nutritional benefits.
3)	Can it be taken as a protein drink? It is not recommended. Although Meal Plan has a high protein count, it is not as high as the protein-specific products in the market.
4)	Can this be used for weight gain?   Yes. After taking a proper meal, just top it up with a delicious Meal Plan.
5)	Other than meal plan, any weight loss products for men? It depends on the weight of the person. For men, besides Frontier Meal Plan, we recommend customers to try BLOC. It can block away 58% of fats and 57% of sodium as well as 70% of sugar in the consumed food before being absorbed by the body.

1)	There is Tongkat Ali present, are females able to consume it? Yes. Tongkat Ali helps in boosting energy levels so it can be taken by male or female.
	Penelope Lotion
1)	Can sensitive skin use it?   Can because it is aloe vera based.
2)	Can it treat sensitive skin problems? Yes but only for dryness and peeling. In the case of eczema and psoriasis or more severe skin problems, it will only temporarily relief and soothe symptoms.
	Vit C™
1)	How much Vitamin C will be absorbed by our body? It is 100%, but it also depends on how much Vitamin C is lacking in our body.
2)	How is it 100% pure vitamin C? It is pure in the sense that the vitamin C is directly extracted from fruits such as citrus fruits (e.g pomegranate, guava, orange) and nothing else is added in.
3)	What is xylitol? It is a natural sugar replacement which is extracted from fruits.
4)	Why do some people get diarrhoea? This is because of the excess Vitamin C in the body. In such cases, it is recommended to take MultiV instead.
5)	Can it be consumed long term? Yes depending on your Vitamin C needs (If there are symptoms of excessive Vitamin C e.g immediate bowel movement, diarrhoea, switch to MultiV).
6)	How soon can the effect be seen? Depends on how long and severe the symptoms are.
7)	Does consuming too much VitC cause kidney stones? Not from Frontier products.
8)	Can it reverse respiratory ailments? No. It can only improve the ailments, not a complete cure.
	Emendare™
1)	Can people allergic to fish take it? No. The collagen is marine-based so there are traces of seafood in it.
2)	How do you prove it is 100%? In terms of collagen, it is 100% as it is extracted directly from the source. All the other ingredients there are only to change the taste (acerola cherry powder), acts as transporter for faster absorption (tricalcium phosphate) and sugar re-placer (dextrose). These ingredients do not effect the purity of the collagen.
3)	How fast can see the effect? If the symptom is more severe, the effect can be seen faster. (Also depending on body) -If the person taking it has fair and good skin, not much effect can be seen as the collagen acts as maintenance at that state.
4)	Does it reduce pigmentation? No. It only helps in skin smoothness and health, not colour.

1)	Since it has vitamin K, can it be taken with anti-clog medication (Warfarin)? Yes it can be taken together as the ingredient is very mild and will not conflict with each other.
2)	Can kids take it? How old can you start taking it? Yes. Any age above 1yrs old. It also depends on the condition of the baby (e.g Flu, cold and fever). Dosage will be different as well (e.g half a sachet or 1/3).
	VisionE™
1)	How it can help with cataracts? Depending on the thickness, it reduces the symptoms in 3-6 months, with 2 capsules, 3 times a day.
	Probio 7™
1)	Does it need to be refrigerated? No (Unless it is brought back home and put into the refrigerator straight away, then continue refrigerating it).
	TGC (Total Green Concentrate)™
1)	Can it be taken with other alkaline medication? Yes, in a gap of 30 minutes between the medication and TGC.
2)	If there is a high level of irons and inflammation in the blood, what product is recommended? TGC is recommended to remove toxins while CocoaC reduces the inflammation in the blood.
	Detox Tea™
1)	Will it cause diarrhoea? Depends on body. Normally, it would cramp and cause aches to rid the body of the toxins.
2)	Can it be taken with people on anti-depressants (St. John warts)? Yes. The detox tea ingredients are very mild and will not counter-act anything.
	Peckers™
1)	Can it actually prevent cancer? Yes. It prevents cancer by preventing the free radicals from attacking the cells, (which can turn cancerous) through high concentration of antioxidants.
2)	Patients already with cancer, what effects can be noticed? If the patient currently has cancer, Pecker can only help in maintain the cancer from becoming worse.
3)	For cancer survivors, what can Peckers do for them? For survivors, Peckers can help prevent recurrence of the cancer and maintaining the condition only. It is advised to consume for 5 years (3 sachets a day).
4)	How does it help with Parkinson's disease? It helps by dilating the blood vessels, therefore improving blood flow. Usually recommended for patients with mild Parkinson. Can be used together with medication, it will work faster together.
	TN PLUS™
1)	Does it have gluton and lactose? No. These ingredients are not present in TN Plus.
2)	Can it improve appetite? Yes
3)	Can it be taken with aspirin? Yes if the aspirin dosage is not high.
4)	It contains isoflorone which is a female hormone. Are guys able to take it? Yes, it is very mild and will not cause any imbalance.
5)	Can it be taken with aspirin? Yes.
6)	Can anyone take TN Plus? Yes, although babies should take only half sachet (They will get good appetite).
	CoVe™
1)	Can patient with ovarian and brain cancer take it? Yes. CoVe supports the immune system.
2)	When is it best to consume CoVe? Before or after surgery/pregnancy? Will it cause blood or liver problem? CoVe is an immune booster which will support the health of the immune system and balance it. It will improve the immune health for those people recovering from surgery or receiving treatments where immune suppression is a prominent feature. Also, it can inhibit abnormal cell growth and development (anti-tumour activities).
	T-MAXigene™
1)	What kind of improvement can someone with Alzheimer's or Parkinson see/notice? It will prolong the disease duration so that it would not attack the body so soon.
2)	How often to take? One sachet a day. No need to top up.
3)	How does it help with H Pylori infection? Does it get rid of it? No. It only helps in reducing the symptoms and infection. It is still recommended to take medication.
	Red Yeast Rice™
1)	Can it be taken with statins or cholesterol medication? Yes. After 3 months, if the cholesterol level drop and is under control, the medication can be slowed down or dropped off. If it is under control, only Red Yeast Rice is needed to maintain levels.
2)	What kind of side effect does this have? How long are these effects? Heatiness. This comes from Lecithin which actually burns off the fat and cholesterol more faster. Normally it would last according to the how fast the body can burn it off.
3)	How long to see the effects? Normally one month can see difference in cholesterol levels.
4)	After stopping Red Yeast Rice, will our cholesterol level maintain? (i.e Is this for treatment of system or disease) Yes, with a strict diet and exercise regime. The patients still need to put in effort on their part to maintain cholesterol level (Avoid fatty food, fried food, seafood).
5)	Can patient with kidney problem take it? Yes, there is no restriction on that issue.
6)	If the patient has low blood pressure and high cholesterol, is it safe to take red yeast rice?   Yes it is safe.
	Memorey™
1)	How does it help with depression? It calms down the nerve.
2)	What age onwards can Memorey be taken? Schooling age. Around 7+ onwards.
3)	Does Memorey contradict with any central nervous system drugs? So far no contradiction with any drugs.
4)	How many times should it be taken a day? One sachet only.

1)	Does diabetic patient on Page need to watch out for hypoglycemic symptoms? In such cases, we would put the patient on Page with Dia-Bi-Tix. Page is to help protect the organ from sugar toxins. Dia-Bi-Tix helps in lowering blood sugar levels.
2)	What does body guard do? It is another trademark of Frontier. It increases the effect of the ingredient in protecting the organs from toxins.
	Dia-Bi-Tix™
1)	Can diabetics on insulin take it? Yes, they can take it together.
2)	If the diabetes is under control, can insulin be taken off? No. Your body still needs insulin as the kidneys have stop producing it. You can only slow down the dosage.
	Detox Programme
1)	Can it be taken at the same time or better to separate? It is better to separate as the human body cannot take too many healing crisis at one go.
2)	Does the program contradict with anyone? No.
	LiTox (Liver detox)
1)	Can it break down gall bladder stones? No.
	KiTox (Kidney Detox)
1)	How does the ingredients help in detoxifying the liver? It helps by eliminating the poisons, drug residues and other toxic compounds.
	Lutox (Lung Detox)
2)	Can it be mixed with Chinese herbal remedies such as cordyceps (boosts lung immunity)? Yes, detox is only for short term (2-4 weeks), so it does not affect anything.
	How soon can they see or feel any effect, especially for asthmatic patients? It does not really cure asthma, just only help reduce symptoms. They can see or feel the effect immediately (Coughing, black phlegm).
	Retox (Female Reproductive System)
1)	Can those on Recode take Retox at the same time? Yes can take together.
2)	How does Retox prevent fibroid growths?  Fibroid growths happen because of accumulation of toxins in the uterus. Retox helps cleanse the entire reproductive organ of such growths.
3)	Can the diagnosed patient see any results taking Retox for 1 cycle? No, it is recommended to detox for 2 cycles every 3 months. On top of that, Glow is also needed to correct hormone imbalance.
4)	Do they need to repeat every 3 months? Yes.
5)	What is the right way to consume Retox? After one week on ending your period, start taking for 2 cycles (2 weeks).
6)	Can take during period? No, it will cause heavy flow and mild headache.
7)	Will it improve chances of pregnancy? Yes it will. As the Retox removes toxins and growths in the uterus, it would make it easier for the baby to grow (The growth or toxins will fight with the baby for food). As recommended, consume 6 months of Retox and Glow to rectify the hormone imbalance.
8)	Can those taking oral contraceptive pills take Retox at the same time? Can. There is no contradiction between the two.
	Vit D3
1)	Why is Vit-D3 by prescription only? Is it safe for us to recommend our customer such a high dosage before seeking professional advice? It is by prescription only because of its high dosage. Yes, it is safe as 1600IU will be released slowly in a day from 1 capsule of 50000IU.
2)	If my body cannot absorb it, will it go to waste? No .Vitamin D is fat-soluble, hence it will be store any extra vitamin in the body fats. Our body is intelligent enough to release it on a daily basis accordingly.
3)	Can Vit-D3 be consumed with Calcimax? Any side effects? Yes can be consumed together. No side effects.
	Bloc™
1)	Who should not take Bloc? Pregnant women. As the fats, sugar and carbs is needed for the baby, blocking it from the baby is not recommended.
2)	What about pregnant women with high sugar levels? Dia-Bi-Tix is recommended then.
3)	What are the side effects of this product? A little dizziness due to reduced levels of sugar.
	Snoozz
1)	What are the dosage of Melotonin? Snoozz does not have any Melotonin.
2)	What is Trytophan? Trytophan acts as a raw material which help in the production of Melotonin. Our body then uses this Melotonin to go to sleep.
	EN12/EN23
1)	What is the reason for loss of calcium? How can it be stopped? Is it due to lack of salt intake? The loss of calcium comes from imbalance hormones or those reaching menopausal age. Taking calcium and vitamin D3 will prevent bone loss. Hormone regulation with Glow and En12/En23 will assist in intake of calcium. Calcium loss has nothing to do with salt as it is sodium.
2)	En12/En23 boosts the production of HGH. Apparently it is dangerous for old people to boost such levels. Is this true? First, one must understand there are various type of amino acid, in our body there are total of 20-25 amino acid that is required in order for our body to function normally. Yes, some do repairs the cells directly, as we know amino acid are building blocks of muscle especially when one needs recovery from ulcers, wound, torn muscle or organs damage e.g. Glycine, Glutamine, Valine and many more in En12. But there are also other types of amino acid that strengthens the brain cells to give instruction to Pituitary Gland to produce HGH. HGH makes the liver produce growth factor (IGF) that regulate the regeneration and growth of cells, e.g. GABA, Alpha GPC, Aspartic Acid and etc. Other than producing HGH, there are also many function of Pituitary Gland e.g. producing hormones that regulates other glands throughout the body e.g. adrenal gland, thyroid gland, reproductive system, which are very important gland in controlling anti-ageing. Regaining youth is not only merely through repairing and building cells, hormone production is the major key to youthfulness. Amazingly, En12/23 has both the function.
3)	Can people with gastric take En12/En23? En12/En23 are amino acid health supplements and as such it does not have any impact to gastric patients.
